It’s Big Sexy Time

Tonight is the series premiere of Big Sexy on TLC. From the previews it seems like the show follows five plus size and proud women. I also think they may be models, however I can not confirm this until the show begins in five minutes.

It’s the first commercial break and I really don’t know what to say. Like it’s good that they are comfortable with their size. I don’t know, I really don’t know what to say and I don’t want it to come off as negative. Let us wait and see.

However, those bouncers were jerks for not letting them in the club right away and then for wanting to charge them. But hello, your one friend is wearing like a horse rider’s helmet on her head. At least dress appropriately. Um, all I do know is that this thunder thigh size contest is disturbing.

It’s second commercial break and I’m still not sure what to say. From the previews I didn’t think I’d be a fan of the show. I understand to girls are big, but it the show is like obsessed with it. The previews made it seem as though they were all happy with their size but they seem to dwell on it a lot and I don’t want to watch a show about plus girls only talking about their size.

It’s the third commercial break and I don’t think I am going to watch this show again. A lot of people have problems with their weight and a lot of people do something about it. A lot of people have issues dating, not just big women. Also, for the speed dating, Heather is super pretty, however she is a little picky and I think she comes off snobby. Maybe that’s why you didn’t have nay matches, you don’t give off a good impression. In every scene, I think you’ve been a bit snobby,

And c’mon Tiffany, you’re dying to be a runway model, emailing designers left and right and when you’re asked to wear a swim suit, you say no. And girl you got a bikini wax, not a brazilian… it doesn’t hurt that much.

Dante you are a wise, wise man. Tiffany is definitely not comfortable with herself and I’m sure it comes across when she meets men.

I think Leslie is my favourite. One, she is funny. Two, I think she is truly happy with herself and she is trying to spread a positive message to all plus size girls. I hope this plus size fashion show goes well but when you have a bunch of girls who aren’t comfortable with their bodies, you’re bound to have problems.

Okay the show is over and at least their fashion show went well. I don’t see myself watching this again. I hope they get more comfortable with themselves and find love and success and all the things they want. However, I do not feel the need to watch them accomplish that. This show is not for me.

And this is not because they are plus sized. I’m just not big on reality TV which follows a group of people. I don’t watch Jersey Shore, The Hills, Keeping Up With the Kardashians and so on and so on.

However, the episode of What Not To Wear that’s on is hilarious. Clinton and Stacy are honestly hilarious.

Later.
