Kirstie & Hope vs. George

I’ve been reading more and more about this new feud between George Lopez and Kirstie Alley and I think it was so rude of George to compare her to a pig. What, we can’t have full figured women on the show? Size 2 and smaller only George? Way to reinforce to the stupid stereotypes of what is beautiful.

But honestly George, it’s not like your rippling with muscles. You ain’t George Clooney or Brad Pitt. So let’s keep our rude comments to ourselves, because I think you’re funny. Now I don’t want this to change and think you’re rude because then I won’t care that you’re funny.

Kirstie tore up the stage that night. She was great, one of the best. I didn’t see the whole show but she was the best from what I saw. And I’ll admit she dances a whole lot better than me and she moves a whole lot sexier, lol but I’ll admit I’ve got not rhythm.

Now I know Kirstie has said some rude things back to George which I don’t agree with but she was hurt and if George didn’t say those offensive things to her, she wouldn’t have responded rudely back. She’s been dealing with weight issues for a long time, and then to go on a show surrounded by gorgeous women because c’mon the female dancers on that show are  must be really hard for someone of her size and the weight issues she’s dealt with and is still dealing with.

However I think she looks great, I think she danced great and I hope they both stop exchanging rude words. Also, comedians think they can get away with anything because they are comedians, but I think going for someone’s insecurity is a low blow, people do that to be hurtful and I would never ever do that or agree with, that’s why I am so against George is this war.

Secret telling smile <-- That represents me having Kirstie’s back, lol.
